Sheri Rosenow is a senior counsellor for the WTO, where shespecializes in customs valuation, trade facilitation and other customsrelatedissues. On behalf of the WTO, she has trained government officialsand members of the trade community throughout the world. Brian O'Shea is an experienced customs consultant working on theimplementation of automated systems, including risk assessment andvaluation applications, in South Africa and Europe.

This book is a must read for anyone working in customs valuation compliance. Very informative and indepth. If you want to know the rationale for the WTO valuation rules, how they compare with tax tranfer pricing rules, and the like, this is the definitive source!
